Kendall S. Peterson was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1984. Since that time, he has continuously practiced law in the State of Utah in a broad litigation practice. In 1994 Kendall S. Peterson and Jack W. Reed established the firm now known as Peterson Reed Warlaumont & Stout which has endured, grown and diversified. Mr. Peterson has represented clients in civil, criminal, administrative and appellate contexts. Not only is Mr. Peterson knowledgeable and experienced in representing clients in all state and federal courts, but he is also skilled in keeping clients out of court, resolving problems and conserving clients financial resources. Mr. Peterson's specialty is taking a personal interest in his clients and working to resolve their problems.
Credit Unions: Creditor side bankruptcy, real estate foreclosures and collections.
Business and Commercial: Business organization formation, maintenance and commercial litigation.
Criminal Defense: General representation in all state trial and appellate courts. Motion and trial practice including juvenile court matters.
Domestic: Division of family owned businesses and real estate, custody, paternity and support issues.
Wills and Trusts: Drafting trusts and wills for small estates, probate of estates and conservator-guardianship matters.
